直接找对应学校是效率最高也是质量最高的一个方式，通过导师、实验室群、或者论坛发帖，可以获取到很多优秀的简历，但是速度要快，很抢手

通过直达学校的方式无法获取简历，那就只能主动去寻找简历了。boss直聘是一个很好的平台，首先资源非常多，并且平台上可以主动联系找实习的同学
Hedgehog Internship
这是一个偏小众的平台，资源不多，但不知道为啥，在刺猬实习反而是获取到了最多的简历，可能知道这个平台的人还比较少

还有一些其他方式，比如：在一些公众号上发招聘贴，但是基本没用
