My (U disk) disk is divided into two areas and cannot be formatted directly

Disadvantages of conventional NTFS: Old equipment, such as printers, cannot be recognized by the surveillance machine.
Disadvantages of FAT system: single file cannot exceed 4G. Advantages: Some old equipment can be identified.
