Recently, I migrated a project from core2.2 to core3.1. There is no problem running on the local win, but the connection to the production Ubuntu docker environment does not connect to sqlserver.

After a night of tossing, I finally got it. It turned out to be a problem with the core3.1 image, probably the problem with the ssl certificate setting of the core3.1 default image. It finally returned to normal.
