Close update service
win + r enter services.msc (service management window)
1. Find Windows Update and double-click-the service status is changed to stop , the startup status is set to prohibited , and the settings inside are not restored.
2.win + r Enter gpedit.msc (group policy management) (the home version does not have this command, it needs to be installed) -Administrative template-windows component-windows update-standard-configuration automatic update setting disabled
