so I used a relatively stupid method, and also used the insertion caption

This has to be said, many people know that macros can be recorded in Excel, but they do not know that macros can also be recorded in word.
Many bloggers did not mention such a detail: after starting recording, the mouse is not easy to use (unless the option above word is selected, otherwise it is not easy to move the cursor no matter how you move it), we can only use up and down, left and right, shift , Ctrl to control the operation of the text.
