WIN7 Remote Desktop Connection-"An authentication error occurred. The requested function is not supported"
After the recent WIN7 upgrade patch, it was found that the remote desktop could not be connected, and the error "An authentication error occurred. The requested function is not supported" error:
Solution:
Start menu-> run gpedit.msc to open the configuration item: computer configuration> administrative template> system> credential distribution> encryption Oracle correction, select enable and select vulnerable, after the configuration is saved, the problem can be solved.
A similar error under WIN10 can also be resolved in this way.
