Problem Solving: Python install third-party libraries seaborn not be imported into the jupyter notebook

Problem Description:
I am using pip3 install seaborn library in the terminal, but the strange thing is when I opened jupyter notebook, it is said that I have not imported successfully, the pit! ! !

Solution:
In the mac open up into the following folder visit

/usr/local/share/jupyter/kernels/python3

Open kernel.json, with the following modifications

After modifying

Will be pythonmodified to /usr/local/bin/python3

restart jupyter notebook, can be found no longer being given a
