PyCharm 2020.1 RC release, Python IDE

PyCharm 2020.1 RC release, updates are as follows:

• Fix the problem tool windows
• The new SSH configuration screen repair problems
• PyCharm Pro bundled with all database functions JetBrains DataGrip, and made some improvements in this release: now supports Microsoft SQL Server sparse columns, and AWS Redshift should now have a stored procedure introspection
