How to use the reporting tools to create an archive of report

Note: This table uses employee records, learn to know how to make file reports.

Step a: add a data source

Click on the data source , the input data set collected in the statement: "select * from employee files" and click OK.

Step two: Create a worksheet

According to a predetermined format, the data sets are sequentially selected, the data set corresponding to the drag cell, and set the left parent cell.

 

Step three: Preview report

Once the form is completed click on the toolbar , view the report results.

 

Step Four: Save

Click the File menu bar to save the template, the template file name.
