Download and install FileZilla sever software
As shown in FIG Open FileZilla
Click the icon in the upper left corner of the villain add a user, and the user name and password for the user
A sub-folder for the user
Click connect to connect server
Open a command line, type ftp localhost, and then enter the previously configured user name and password
I.e. a successful connection shown in FIG.
