1.1.3 基础环境建设系统

1、监控指挥中心装修

1)功能空间布局应符合使用要求,装修风格简洁大方,格调淡雅,色彩自然,符合监控中心的装修效果,整体要协调;

2)各种施工材料应满足保温、隔热、防火等要求;

3)室内天花板安装的灯具、空调风口等应协调布置,并应满足各专业的技术要求。

2、供电系统

1)供电电源技术指标应按GB2887-2000《电子计算机场地通用规范》中的规定按A级执行。同时考虑到计算机系统及相关设备的扩展、升级等可能性,预备留用容量,如环境有条件,可采用三相五线制供电;

2)监控中心配置配电箱,不同的设备设置单独的电源开关,电源箱内应采用高质量的知名品牌空气开关,并加有保护装置,以保护操作人员的案例,各功能区应设置220V的设备维修插座;

3)因监控中心各设备用电量较大,如有条件可以采用独立电源进线(配电房直接到监控中心配电箱);

4)座席电脑每台前应配备一个标准三插头插座一个及标准五插头插排一个;

5)供电电缆采用阻燃铜芯电缆,室内线缆应铺设金属线管(槽)。

3、照明系统

1)监控中心照明设计可依据GB50034-1992《工业企业照明设计标准》进行;

2)主要工作区和基本工作区的平均照度应不低于300-500LX;

3)其它工作区的平均照度不低于200-300LX;

4)监控中心的照明应光线均匀(最低照度与平均照度之比不宜小于0.7)并且无眩光。照明荧光灯盘使用3*40W的知名品牌产品,配消防型电子镇流器;

5)照明灯使用双开关双路控制,每个开关各负责一半的照明灯,应用中可按需要调节室内照明亮度;

4、天花板

1)可采用石膏板或矿棉板。

2)采用暗龙骨结构,要有较好的耐磨损、保温(保凉)效果;

3)规格:600mm*600mm,厚度≥8mm;

5、排风要求

1)应充分利用现有中央空调系统,做好相应的室内办公区及大屏幕墙后的出风口配置;

2)监控中心室内及大屏幕墙内需设置排风系统,在中央空调停用时,可采用排风扇排风,以保证室内空气清新及大屏幕墙的稳定运行;

3)大屏幕墙换气扇在距离2米的距离噪音应小于50dBA,办公区换气扇在1米的距离噪音应小于50dBA。

6、防雷及接地系统

1)接地与防雷可按照GB50057-94建筑物防雷设计规范做好防雷措施防雷装置分为二级;

2)在总电源进线处安装一级电源防雷(100KA)和UPS电源进线处安装二级电源防雷(40KA);

3)接地装置的设置应满足人身的安全及计算机正常运行和设备的安全要求。交流工作接地≤4Ω ,安全保护接地≤4Ω。具体技术要求应参照GB50174-93电子计算机机房设计规范、GB2887-2000电子计算机场地通用规范和GB50057-94建筑防雷设计规范的规定,符合技术指标中的有关要求。

7、消防子系统

根据国家现行的《建筑设计防火规范》(GB50016-2006)、《火灾自动报警系统设计规范》(GB50116-98)及工程建设地方标准《七氟丙烷(HFC-227EA)洁净气体灭火系统设计规范》中的有关规定进行设计。

8、门禁子系统

采用指纹识别模式的门禁系统。指纹门禁控制系统由多个门禁控制子系统和一个管理监控计算机通过网络连接组成,联网监控软件安装于管理监控计算机上。

9、防静电系统

作为一个静电防护的有效系统,主要由硬件和软件两部分组成。

硬件部分主要包括有:人体静电防护用品、防静电物流传递用品、防静电地坪、防静电操作系统、防静电接地。软件部分主要包括有:培训、防静电工艺和设计文件、防静电专业标准、操作规程和规章制度、整的质量保证体系、防静电标志、贮存和运输要求。
