First, the database mandatory password recovery

1. Stop Service 

Open the Task Manager and stop the database up to the dream of service

 

 

2. Delete the data folder

 

 

3. Re-initializing the library with dbca tools and Registration Service

dbca.exe under double-click tool catalog

 

 Create a database instance -> Start

 

  General purpose -> next

 

 Data in the database name and instance name

 

  Select all system users use the same password

 

 Here you can check the database instance is created, or not tick

 

 Initialization is complete will automatically start the service, you can directly connect
