Right solve the problem have been circling

1.win + R --- "enter regedit ----" and click OK

   

 2. Locate the folder ContextMenuHandlers

       

 Be sure to see the location of the folder, the file will have the same name as the folder (not the current folder to find, click on Edit - "Find Next)

 

 3. Delete the following folder ContextMenuHandlers except New and WorkFolders file folder outside

NOTE: If you worry about accidentally, you can right-export backup, accident, then double-click on the recovery.
