第一个springboot项目Helloworld

1.创建maven项目
2.配置pom.xml

3.编写springboot主程序

4.编写应用程序

package com.baosight.igcm.controller;

import org.springframework.web.bind.annotation.ResponseBody;

5.启动pom.xml
