  前文“还贷的那些事IV——等增额还贷的计算”,介绍了等增额还款。

  实际中,在增额贷款中还应该有本文介绍的等增幅贷款。

  等增幅贷款,顾名思义,就是每一期的还款额较上期有一个固定幅度的增加。

  还是,先介绍变量的定义:

    1          初始本金(广义上的本金,实际乘以一个倍数就可以了)

    P          利率。(一般指月利率,计算方式为年利率÷12)

    N          期数。(还款的次数,如贷款10年,则N=120)

    Ym         第m期还款额

    Xm         第m期还款额中的本金

    Sm         第m期还款额中的利息

    Tm         第m期后剩余的本金

    W          每月增加的还款幅度

  由上面的定义可知,上面的变量之间是有关联的,满足下列式子

    1≤m≤N

    Ym=Xm+Sm                ①

    T0=1                   ②

    TN=0                   ③

    Sm=Tm-1×P                ④

    Tm=Tm-1-Xm               ⑤

    X1+X2+X3+……+XN=1          ⑥

  

  推导的过程远较之前的复杂,而且是从另一个角度来推导,故推导过程这里就不赘述了。

  1、P≠W

    每月还款额:Ym=(1+P)N(P-W)(1+W)m-1/((1+P)N-(1+W)N)

    每月还本金:Xm=((1+W)NP(1+P)m-1-(1+P)NW(1+W)m-1)/((1+P)N-(1+W)N)

    当W=0时,此时就变成了等额还贷

      Ym=(1+P)NP/((1+P)N-1)

      Xm=(1+P)m-1P/((1+P)N-1)

  2、P=W

    每月还款额:Ym=(1+P)m/N

    每月还本金:Xm=(1+P)m-1(1-NP+mP)/N

  下面以例子来说明:

  贷款本金:10万元;贷款年限:10年;利率:5.31%;增幅:6%

  P=5.31%÷12=0.004425;N=120;W=6%÷12=0.005
