解决：jenkins jnlp安装 provided port 40127 is not reachable

解决方法：

 开放linux 防火墙40127端口允许下载jnlp

centos7 解决如下：

[root@hostuser chrome]# firewall-cmd --zone=public --add-port=40127/tcp --permanent
success
[root@hostuser chrome]# firewall-cmd --reload
success
[root@hostuser chrome]#
