判断是从手机端还是客户端访问的页面，判断浏览器类型

简单的判断：-------------------------------------------------

问号前面是一个正则表达式，判断 属性 navigator.userAgent 的值中是否包含了以上的字符串。
如果有则跳转"https://www.baidu.com/"，如果没有"http://news.baidu.com/"
