使用SpringMVC搭建第一个项目

spring的jar包下载地址：http://repo.spring.io/release/org/springframework/spring/

commons的jar包下载地址：http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-logging/download_logging.cgi

所需要的jar包

创建一个包名，我的包名com.zjq.springmvc.handlers，下面创建一个HelloWorld的类

包名要在springmvc.xml中改
