环境：MacOS Mojave，python2.7
使用pip install MySQL-python时报错以上信息，可以看到没有ConfigParser这个模块，在py2.7里，ConfigParser是six模块下的【from six.moves.configparser import ConfigParser】，所以解决办法是重装six这个模块。
因为我安装了anaconda，所以使用anaconda安装了一个符合我系统的six模块，步骤如下：（用pip应该也可以）
conda install six.moves
报错：PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels:
所以使用另一个办法：先找包，找到的所有包里选一个合适自己系统的，查看详情进行安装。
anaconda search -t conda six.moves
