全局设置分割线，整个应用中有分割线的地方统一设置

第一步：首先创建显示的分割线样式

在drawable文件夹下，创建自己喜欢的风格的分割线文件listdivider_bg.xml

<shape xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
    android:shape="rectangle">
    <gradient
        android:centerColor="#ff00ff00"
        android:endColor="#ff0000ff"
        android:startColor="#ffff0000"
        android:type="linear"/>
    <size android:height="2dp"/>
</shape>

第二步：style.xml中引用

在设置风格的资源文件style.xml中，在整个APP的主题风格中引用上面创建的分割线文件

 <style name="AppTheme" parent="Theme.AppCompat.Light.DarkActionBar">
        <!-- Customize your theme here. -->
        <item name="colorPrimary">@color/colorPrimary</item>
        <item name="colorPrimaryDark">@color/colorPrimaryDark</item>
        <item name="colorAccent">@color/colorAccent</item>
        <item name="android:listDivider">@drawable/listdivider_bg</item>
    </style>

第三步：在AndroidManifest.xml中引用APPTheme

在AndroidManifest.xml中application中风格设置的位置引用AppTheme风格

        android:allowBackup="true"
        android:icon="@mipmap/ic_launcher"
        android:label="@string/app_name"
        android:supportsRtl="true"
        android:theme="@style/AppTheme">
