我这个/etc/vsftpd.conf配置文件是挂载到容器里的，所有者和所属组为nobody nogroup，可能是这个不对，我在entrypoint.sh脚本里用chown -R root:root /etc/vsftpd.conf命令将所有者和所属组改成root root，就可以正常执行vsftpd /etc/vsftpd.conf了
