今天使用：
pip3 install --upgrade --force-reinstall --no-cache-dir jupyter
报错：
ERROR: Cannot uninstall ‘ipython-genutils’. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.
解决方法
如上图，在anaconda的安装目录下找到此路径，删除此egg-info文件
删除成功
