vsftpd 启动不了vsftp 报错：config file not owned by correct useror not a file

将配置文件执行命令

chown root:root vsftpd.conf

buildroot 添加ssh服务

ssh配置：

　　etc/ssh/sshd_config

PermitRootLogin yes

PermitEmptyPasswords yes
