android 可拖拽自定义listview;

在开发systemUi过程中,要求像小米的开关排序进行拖拽添加,对控制中心的每个按钮添加更新;经过不停的探索,最终实现出结果;
下面我们来看实现;
我们先看values下的xml的实现:
