Platform system

The industrial Internet platform system has four levels: it is based on the network, the platform is the center, data is the element, and security is the guarantee.
1) Network is the foundation.

At present, the development of intranet technology shows three characteristics: IT and OT are moving towards integration, industrial fieldbus is evolving to industrial Ethernet, and industrial wireless technology is accelerating the development. Data interoperability is to achieve mutual understanding of information transmitted between elements through standardized description and unified modeling of data. Data interoperability involves different levels such as data transmission and data semantic syntax. The identification resolution system realizes the marking, management and positioning of elements and consists of identification coding, identification analysis system and identification data services. By allocating identification codes to physical resources such as materials, machines and products and virtual resources such as processes, software, models and data, Realize the logical positioning and information query of physical entities and virtual objects, and support cross-enterprise, cross-region, and cross-industry data sharing.
2) The platform is the hub.
The industrial Internet platform system includes four levels: edge layer, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, which is equivalent to the "operating system" of the industrial Internet. It has four main functions: ① Data aggregation. Multi-source, heterogeneous and massive data collected at the network level are transmitted to the industrial Internet platform, providing a basis for in-depth analysis and application. ②Modeling analysis. It provides algorithm models for big data and artificial intelligence analysis and various simulation tools such as physics and chemistry. It combines technologies such as digital twins and industrial intelligence to mine and analyze massive data to achieve data-driven scientific decision-making and intelligent applications. ③Knowledge reuse. Transform industrial experience and knowledge into model libraries and knowledge bases on the platform, and use industrial microservice components to facilitate secondary development and repeated calls, accelerating the precipitation and popularization of common capabilities.
④Application innovation. For scenarios such as R&D and design, equipment management, enterprise operations, and resource scheduling, various industrial apps and cloud-based software are provided to help enterprises improve quality and efficiency.
3) Data is an element.
Industrial Internet data has three characteristics: ① Importance. Data is the foundation for realizing digitalization, networking, and intelligence. Without the collection, circulation, aggregation, calculation, and analysis of data, various new models will be like water without a source, and digital transformation will become a tree without roots. ② Professionalism. The value of industrial Internet data lies in analysis and utilization, and the approach to analysis and utilization must rely on industry knowledge and industrial mechanisms. Only through intensive work can the value of data be unleashed. ③Complexity. The dimension and complexity far exceed that of the consumer Internet, and it faces difficulties in collection and various formats. challenges such as differences and complex analysis.
4) Security is to ensure that

Its core task is to ensure industrial Internet security through monitoring and early warning, emergency response, detection and evaluation, functional testing and other means.
