记者:大运集团在摩托车和重卡领域已经取得了傲人成绩,是什么原因让大运选择进入竞争更加激烈的新能源赛道?

远勤山:说到竞争激烈,其实摩托车竞争更加激烈。国内摩托车企业原来有五六百家,现在只剩下十几家,而且赚钱的可能不到十家,关键是再也没有一家企业新入局,这才叫竞争激烈。新能源汽车目前还有许多新进入者,就证明激烈程度还不够,还有非常大的市场空间。

那么为什么我们要从摩托车向汽车转型?摩托车在20年前是个奢侈品,但是随着国内人民生活水平的快速提高,人们对汽车出行需求的逐步加大,摩托车在国内市场逐步萎缩,现在国内主要以大排量高端“玩家”为主,市场主要以出口为主。这个时候我们不可能因为国内摩托车市场缩小,大运跟着一起缩小,所以我们要与时俱进,向汽车转型。

记者:随着市场不断扩张,车型愈加丰富,服务也要跟上步代。大运新能源的服务体系怎么样?

远勤山:能把乘用车服务做得好的,不一定能把卡车服务做得好,但是能把卡车服务做得好的,一定能把乘用车服务做好。

为什么?因为卡车的售后服务难度比乘用车大得多,卡车一年跑不到15万公里是不赚钱的,大部分要跑超过20万公里,而私家车一年只能跑两三万公里,网约车一年也就十几万公里。而且卡车有4万多个零部件,拉50吨的货,在高速路上也能跑到120迈的速度,它配件损坏的频率比乘用车大的多。关键是卡车的维修地点半径非常大,它拉着货,今天在成都,明天可能就到上海,后天可能就到乌鲁木齐了,卡车停一天,相关费用是非常高的,售后服务代价是很大的,这就需要快速服务到位,所以从某种程度上讲,服务比质量更重要。基于此,我们对卡车售后服务的要求,在全国原则上要保证两个小时之内到达,能够快速解决客户的问题,对乘用车我们要求要在一个小时之内到达,因为它的行驶半径小得多。

我们内部关于产品质量管理有一项规定,卡车售后故障率超过1%的配件必须报给我,上会研究,但是对于乘用车配件售后故障率上报的条件必须限定在0.1%,因为卡车出的问题小毛病要比乘用车多得多。通过对卡车行业的市场调研,卡车1%的配件故障率已经非常低了,已经是行业一流的质量和服务水平了,所以乘用车我们更有信心排在行业前列。
