Yolo形式のタグはxml形式のタグに変換されます

labelimgでラベル付けした場合、yolo形式のtxtタグを直接保存していましたが、pytorch yoloを実行するとvoc形式のxmlタグを使用する必要があるため、以下のコードで変換します。

変更できるのは 2 か所です。
(1) 独自のクラス カテゴリに変更します。
