Due to typesetting problems, some pictures and tables need to be moved at any time, which will cause the charts and captions to be out of order, which is very troublesome. Here I share two methods to solve such problems.
1. Combination of picture title and picture
The combination of the picture and the picture title is a whole, and will not be out of order; the picture title needs to be placed in the text box to be combined with the picture.
Put the title into the text box, copy it in, remove the border and background color of the text box, and double-click the text box to see the relevant settings of the text box.
Set the layout options for both images and text boxes to Float above or below text.
Select the text box and picture, adjust the positions of the two, set the alignment, and combine them to form an object. The long frame in the figure below is the alignment setting, and the red frame on the right is the combination. Click to combine, or you can select the two and then right-click to select the combination.
Finally, change the layout of the combined object back to the previous layout, and place it in the corresponding position in the article, so that you don’t have to worry about the separation of the picture and the picture title.
Two, clever use of text boxes
Here to talk about the second method, you can directly put the picture into the text box.
Tables cannot be combined directly like pictures. You need to put the table into a text box and combine it.
Insert a text box, and also remove the border and background padding of the text box;
Then put the table into the text box, you can adjust the size of the text box;
In the end, it looks like the following, is it the same as the original one, and the picture can also do the same.
You can put the chart into the text box and then insert the caption, the serial number of the caption will not change, and the sorting will continue.
