        On November 24, the 20th China-Japan-Korea IT Director OSS Conference and Northeast Asia Open Source Software Promotion Forum ("China-Japan-Korea Conference") was successfully held online. The conference is hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan, and the Ministry of Science, Technology, Information and Communication of South Korea. The theme of this conference is "Open source, the future can be expected! (The future of open source software)". Chairman Sun Wenlong said that the foundation encourages the autonomy of open source projects based on the principles of openness, sharing, co-construction, and co-governance. Based on project incubation, connect the relationship between projects and people; center on community members, connect the relationship between people and the community; aim at collaborative creation, connect the relationship between the community and productivity. "Give responsibility" to the project and provide project guidance; "Enable" developers to carry out infrastructure construction; "Benefit" to contributors to promote business ecological connections.

        Open source has become an important mode of global innovation and a powerful driving force for technological development. The Open Atom Open Source Foundation actively conducts cooperation and exchanges, and looks forward to extensive and in-depth cooperation with international organizations. Chairman Sun Wenlong put forward four expectations. One is to contribute China's excellent open source projects, share and communicate with global developers, and jointly build an open source community.         The conference invited government representatives from China, Japan and South Korea, well-known business leaders, and open source technology experts to share on the cloud, and carried out multi-level exchanges and discussions. The conference summarized the successful experience of China, Japan and South Korea in recent years in open source technology and evaluation, standardization and certification, and human resource development, fully recognized the cooperation mechanism between China, Japan and South Korea, and made suggestions on further deepening collaborative innovation in the field of open source, Broad consensus has been reached on topics such as the construction of an open source supply chain.
