他马勒戈壁的我终于把这个狗日的代码运行起来了

他马勒戈壁的，snap上面的localmotifcluster我总是运行不起来，这条好几天，最后发现是localmotifcluster.cpp没有引入localmotifcluster.h

所以把localmotifcluster.cpp的

#include "stdafx.h"

改成

#include "stdafx.h"
#include "localmotifcluster.h"

using namespace std;

就运行起来了
