HTTP 401 Unauthorized：このサーバーは、要求されたドキュメントにアクセスする権限があるかどうかを確認できません。間違った資格情報（たとえば、間違ったパスワード）を提供したか、ブラウザーが必要な資格情報を提供する方法を理解していません。
MySQL認証中に設定された識別されたパスワードが、構成ファイル/etc/glance/glance-api.confおよび/etc/glance/glance-registry.confと矛盾しています。
解決する
変更後にデータベースを初期化します
openstack image create --file cirros-0.3.5-x86_64-disk.img --disk-format qcow2 --container-format bare --public cirros
