Anaconda安装pytorch遇到CondaError: Downloaded bytes did not match Content-Length

官网源安装pytorch时很慢，出现Downloaded bytes did not match Content-Length

下载好包之后，使用conda的离线安装就可以了

conda install --offline pytorch-1.8.1-py3.9_cuda11.1_cudnn8_0.tar.bz2

安装好pytorch包之后，继续执行之前的操作完成安装

conda install pytorch torchvision torchaudio cudatoolkit=11.1 -c pytorch -c conda-forge
