Author's words
ADAU1788 is a castrated version of ADAU1787. They have the same core, both SigmaDSP and FastDSP. The delay from simulation to simulation is 5us, but 1788 only has 2 inputs and 2 outputs, while 1787 has 4 inputs and 2 outputs. In this series, I will talk about how to design the hardware and software of the ADAU1788.
OP, I have done all DSP models of ADI, yes, all models. So I plan to write a special topic for each model later.

ADI original reference design
No, ADI does not provide the original design of ADAU1788, so if you want to look at the reference, you can only look at the design I made.
Is my design correct? Correct, because I copied the original ADAU1787 reference design and conducted product-level verification.
Does my design have any other features? Yes, the original design does not have an MCU, so I added a low-power STM32.
