1. Problem description
As shown in the figure below, after opening the PCB, the 3D model on the left becomes the box that comes with the system on the right. (Prompt that the 3D file path cannot be found)
2. Solution
2.1 Click on the menu: Tools -> Updae From PCB Libraries…
2.2 Click in the pop-up window: Update All Footprints (Create ECO)
2.3 Click in the pop-up window: Execute Changes
2.4 In the pop-up options, select only: On Mechanical Layers, click OK, and then close the menu in 2.3
2.5 Check the 3D model and you can find that the device can display the 3D model normally.
