Problem Description:
AS cannot be opened and an error is reported. Regardless of clicking OK in the dialog box or closing the dialog box,
Missing essential plugins will automatically exit:
com.android.tools.design
org.jetbrains.android
Please reinstall Android Studio from scratch.
Solution:
Find the file C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Google\AndroidStudio4.1\disabled_plugins.txt, open disabled_plugins.txt and delete org.jetbrains.kotlin
Note: This folder is hidden and you have to view hidden files to see it.
Analyze the reasons
This is because the new version comes with the Kotlin plug-in, which conflicts with the Kotlin plug-in downloaded by the old version.
