mac can't access github

1. Determine the IP addresses GitHub can access

1) Open the webmaster's home

2) Enter github.com and click Ping to detect

3) Scroll to the monitoring results below and select a response IP with a short response time.

2. Open the terminal and enter sudo vim /etc/hosts
   1) Add or change the local hosts file, this time combine the command i --> add ip --> esc --> :wq! (i: enter edit mode, esc: exit edit mode, :wq! save file and exit
