is a resource file. Properties of components, resources, and project settings can be saved, and properties can be applied to components, resources, and project settings.
For example, creating a Transform preset can record the properties of the Transform, and other Transform application presets will use the data in the preset.

Basic usage - example
- Choose a Transform component
- Click the red mark in the upper right corner of the component, as shown in the figure below
- Click save to save a preset
- Select the Transform component of other components, click the same position, and select a Transform preset to use in the pop-up box.

Preset Manager

presets are added to the Preset Manager, if you add a component to a game object or add a new resource to your project ,
the preset will override Unity's default settings
Preset Manager - Example
- Click on the previously built Transform preset and click Add To Transform default in the inspector window
- Create a new game object in the scene, and the Transform property of the object is consistent with the Transform preset
- If you don't want to use the clickable default, click Remove from Transform default in the inspector window
