CKA certification I saw that the previous posts of Zhihu and csdn benefited a lot, which laid the foundation for my own exam preparation, so I decided to share the changes I saw.
Let's talk about the changes first:
I used to take the exam in my own Chrome browser
Now, 30 minutes before the exam, I enter the exam interface and download an EXE file. The screenshot is as follows. All operations can only be performed in the exe file, and the exam is not performed in the CHROME browser. The screenshot of the application is as follows
After downloading the application, prepare to enter the pitfalls of the exam:
1. You must kill all the programs listed in the background. If the application is automatically restarted after the application is deleted, it will still prompt to kill
2. To kill the process, also kill the corresponding process tree
3. If you kill the process, you must also kill the corresponding service. If you don’t recognize it, the monitoring will report an error and you will not be able to enter the test interface.
4. After entering the application interface, the examiner will send a message. I killed the process outside the test for a long time before killing it. It was already 7.20 minutes when I came in. The time is tight and the task is heavy.
5. The examiner will let you take a camera to inspect the surroundings of the room and the desktop, including the drawers. The mobile phone should be placed far away. The overall time will take about five to ten minutes
6. After the inspection is over, the exam starts. If I remember correctly, the exam will start timing after the examiner’s inspection.
7. Because the previous posts on Zhihu and csdn were saved in the browser, and I saved it myself. I asked the examiner if I could open my browser to open the official website. The answer was NO!!!!!!!!! !!!! NO! ! ! ! The examiner said that he could not open his browser, which meant that all the tags he had typed before could not be used
8. I hesitated because I couldn’t clearly remember the website of k8s, and asked the examiner where the website was. The examiner’s answer was “Sorry, I don’t know anything about the exam.” It must have been translated from English. Then I searched for it myself, and the examiner reminded me Check the readme and find the link to the official website
9. Hesitating that my sticky notes cannot be used, so I can only search one by one by myself. Fortunately, I have done the questions several times before the exam, but there are still several questions that have been searched for a long time before I can find them - very time-consuming - all After a fight, you have to keep in mind the location of the questions, and you can’t rely entirely on sticky notes—especially the first question I encountered. I’m hesitant to be familiar with the test interface and official website documents. The interface took almost fifteen minutes
10. The method to open the terminal terminal is the same as the linux method on the interface, with Angie application, and then find the terminal
11. Remember to switch the cluster according to the orange color when starting the exam. Generally, the prompt on the first line is directly copied. If you find that you cannot enter the cluster, or there is no prompt when you enter the cluster, there may be a problem. It is recommended to close the terminal, reopen it, and execute it again. Confirm the prompt to enter the cluster
12. The case communicated with the examiner is at the top of the exe interface --- transparent color, no prompt --- name live chart to find it carefully
13. I wanted to use the turnover notepad in the application and found that I was not very good at using it, so I decided to use vi to create a file turnover --- you can open multiple terminal interfaces --- you can't use your own notepad
14. The slightly more difficult submission is done at the end. I still have a question in the left back. The reason why the sidecar sidecar was not made is because the yaml file was not corrected. I have to mark it myself and put it at the end
15. If you want to sign up for the evening time slot, you must remember to make an appointment in advance, otherwise you will only have time in the early morning and early morning. I just got up at six o'clock in the morning to prepare for the exam. I have a little k8s foundation. I have prepared for three or four days. I can pass it, and I am still waiting for the results when I write this article at 11 am
16. Two hours after the exam is over, it will automatically exit the exam interface
