Enter the official website to download:
SDK Platform Tools Release Notes | Android Developers | Android Developers
Choose a different platform to download the latest version.
After the download is complete, go to Downloads.
Right-click the successfully downloaded content and copy the link address. get:
https://dl.google.com/android/repository/platform-tools_r33.0.3-darwin.zip?hl=zh-cn
You can see that the current download is version 33.0.3.
If we need version 28.0.2, we can modify the above link to:
https://dl.google.com/android/repository/platform-tools_r28.0.2-darwin.zip?hl=zh-cn
Copy it to the browser and press Enter to download version 28.0.2.
Tips:
A lower version may cause some functions of Android Studio to be unavailable. Before replacing, pay attention to backup.
