1. Competition organization process and participants
The challenge topic will be published on the website of Shenzhen Shanglong Mathematical Technology Center on July 25. College students, undergraduate students, graduate students, teachers and mathematical modeling enthusiasts can form teams to participate, and the maximum number of each team shall not exceed four. Each team chooses one topic and completes an entry essay. Each team must register and submit a complete research paper on the challenge system before September 7 (the opening time of the system, URL and competition instructions will be published on the Shanglong Mathematical Technology Center website). Research papers should be clear, complete, and in line with academic norms, including complete solutions and results. The expert group of the Organizing Committee of the Challenge will select the participating teams to participate in the final defense, and provide more background information or data and suggestions for revising the research paper.
2. Participation fees and rewards
There is no registration fee for this challenge. After the defense, the organizing committee will select the winning papers. There will be 1 first prize for each question, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 1 special prize for all questions. The finals of this event will continue to be hosted by Shenzhen BIT Moscow University, and certificates will be issued to the award-winning players and bonuses will be awarded in accordance with the 2022 award standards (the bonus will be provided by Longgang District, Shenzhen). In addition, a "Certificate of Honor for Excellent Thesis" will be issued to each member who did not win the award.
3. Schedule
On July 25, the contest topic was published on the website of Shenzhen Shanglong Mathematical Technology Center.
Before September 7, each participating team completes the registration on the system and submits a complete research paper.
