Detailed description
I submitted about 5 times using account A, but all binary files were rejected, and the reason for the rejection was that I did not have financial qualifications. In June, I submitted twice using the developer account B with financial qualifications, but was still rejected. The reason for the rejection

可能原因
- Change something in this project and then upload it to the next version. I talked about the problem of the vest bag, let me start to solve it. After reading the project and the project rejection information, I guess there are the following possible reasons for the rejection of 4.3- Design - Spam:
1. A开发者账号上构建的版本信息和B开发者账号上构建的版本信息一模一样， 两个账号上构建的应用的App名字，Bundle Identifer ，描述信息，联系人信息，等等全都一模一样。
2. 我怀疑是审核人员在审核的时候，肯定有比对这两个开发者账号里面应用的信息
3. 两个账号里面构建的App信息全都一样，不管是机审还是人审，都会造成马甲包的假象啊，这可能就是造成审核被拒4.3的原因
解决经历
1. 将A开发者账号下（没有金融资质）构建的版本信息全部改了，App的名字，描述，联系方式，能改的全部改掉。因为A账号提交的时候没有上架，构建完的版本也不能删除，只能修改。不要和B开发者账号下构建的版本信息有一样的地方。
2. 为了说明我们的App不是马甲包以及抄袭，我在拒信息下回复苹果，详细说明App更换开发者账号的经过。把金融资质文件截图，还有，App的产品原型图，以及UI设计图还有接口文档，全部截图压缩发给审核，说明我们的App是自己公司独立开发。
3. 回复完，我们又重新打包二进制文件上传审核。并在备注信息和附件中，第2条提到的说明和文件分别放在备注信息和附件中，供审核使用。
周五下午提交审核后，4天后审核通过了。
