Using pip install cmake or pip3 install cmake does not help, and then my boyfriend told me: dlib is a Python package, so install dlib using pip install dilb, but cmake is different, it is a Linux software, you cannot use pip install cmake, you have to use :

brew install cmake

Then:

pip install dlib
