Use the mkpasswd command on redhat9

You need to download the expect package. After the download is complete, you can use the rpm command to check whether it is available.

Find the installed files in the expect package, which is our mkpasswd command.

We can see that mkpasswd-expect is filtered out.

Successfully use the mkpasswd-expect command to generate a random password.

So to sum up, the original mkpasswd command in the expect package on redhat9 has become mkpasswd-expect. If it is still redhat8, it is still the mkpasswd command.

Note: If there is a problem downloading the expect package, you can configure the epel source of redhat9.
