2.4 Shield restart command
The -h parameter indicates that the reboot command is shielded, and the reboot command can be shielded by using the command shown in Figure 6. The function of this command is to shut down (poweroff) the system.
Figure 6 Shield restart command
As can be seen from Figure 6, -h shields --reboot.
It should be noted that -h can only shield --reboot, but not --halt, as shown in Figure 7.
Figure 7 can not mask the stop command
At this time, the function of the command is still to stop (halt) the system, not to shut down (poweroff) the system.
2.5 Display warning message, do not shut down
The -k parameter just displays a warning message without shutting down, stopping or restarting the system, as shown in Figure 8.
Figure 8 Send a warning
There is a warning prompt in Figure 8, but it will not actually shut down the system, as shown in Figure 9.
Figure 9 shows a warning, but does not shut down
2.6 Shut down without displaying warning message
The --no-wall parameter does not display a warning message and shuts down directly.
At this time, the warning message shown in Figure 9 will not be displayed at the moment of shutdown.
2.7 Display shutdown information
The --show parameter displays information about the upcoming shutdown, as shown in Figure 10.
Figure 10 shows shutdown information
As can be seen from Figure 10, first use the -P parameter to shut down after 1 minute, and then use the --show parameter to display the information about the upcoming shutdown.
2.8 Cancel Shutdown
The -c parameter can cancel the shutdown, as shown in Figure 11.
Figure 11 Cancel shutdown
In Figure 11, the shutdown determined in Figure 10 is canceled, and when --show is used again to display the shutdown information, it can be seen that the shutdown information has been cancelled, and "there is no shutdown plan to be completed" is displayed.
