Eliminar los comentarios de un código fuente en Java

Quiero eliminar todo tipo de declaraciones los comentarios de un archivo de código fuente de Java. Ejemplo:

    String str1 = "SUM 10"      /*This is a Comments */ ;   
    String str2 = "SUM 10";     //This is a Comments"  
    String str3 = "http://google.com";   /*This is a Comments*/
    String str4 = "('file:///xghsghsh.html/')";  //Comments
    String str5 = "{\"temperature\": {\"type\"}}";  //comments

Rendimiento esperado:

    String str1 = "SUM 10"; 
    String str2 = "SUM 10";  
    String str3 = "http://google.com";
    String str4 = "('file:///xghsghsh.html/')";
    String str5 = "{\"temperature\": {\"type\"}}";

Estoy utilizando la siguiente expresión regular para alcanzar:

    System.out.println(str1.replaceAll("[^:]//.*|/\\\\*((?!=*/)(?s:.))+\\\\*/", ""));

Esto me da mal resultado para STR4 y str5. Por favor, ayúdame a resolver este problema.

Para que funcione, es necesario "saltar" literales de cadena. Usted puede hacer eso, haciendo coincidir los literales de cadena, la captura de ellos para que puedan ser retenidos.

La siguiente expresión regular hará que, usando $1como cadena de sustitución:

//.*|/\*(?s:.*?)\*/|("(?:(?<!\\)(?:\\\\)*\\"|[^\r\n"])*")
