Cómo insertar una tabla en MS Excel utilizando Apache POI java

Estoy tratando de insertar una tabla en Excel utilizando Java Apache Poi. Pero cuando estoy abriendo el archivo xlsx que está lanzando el siguiente error y no pude resolverlo:

Removed Part: /xl/tables/table1.xml part with XML error. (Table) Load error. Line 2
repaired records: table from /xl/tables/table1.xml part (table)

¿Cómo puedo insertar una tabla en Microsft Excel usando Apache Java Poi?

Debe haber al menos contenidos en las celdas de hoja de nombres de columna de la tabla. En su caso las células A1:C1en la hoja Architecturedeben tener contenido. En versiones anteriores de apache poieste contenido tenido deben coincidir con los nombres de columna de la tabla. En la versión actual ahora el ajuste del contenido de la celda actualiza los nombres de columna de la tabla.
