Create a template

Configuration - Templates - create templates

Fill in the template name, visible name, group

Click again on the template you just created

Add monitoring items

Click monitored item - create a monitoring item

Add Monitoring Item Name - key - a new set of applications

Add other items in order to monitor

Note added after the monitored items do not have to fill out a new set of applications
