flutter doctor
Did you check the configuration did not do a good job
if it is not doing sdk, add
ANDROID_HOMR to the system variable
path is the path to your sdk
Add over, then check is not your build - tools issues, see under sdk have not been fully downloaded you are prompted built being given - tools file version, see is not the lack of a file
if the lack downloaded from the Internet, extract it to a folder inside, inside or updates from the sdk manager, download the latest
