encountered following this step in the installation process, Anaconda, the installation program by default does not check the Add Anaconda to my PATH environment variable (the Anaconda add to my PATH environment variable)
At this point in the Windows Powershell command in conda no response
Solutions to find their own Anaconda installation directory in the following three paths:
D: \ Anaconda
D: \ Anaconda \ Scripts
D: \ Anaconda \ Library \ bin
Then open My Computer> Properties panel> Advanced System Settings> Environment Variables

into the edit added after the above three paths wherein
After determining Exit:
shortcut Win + X + i to open the Windows Powershell command execution conda results can be run properly.
In this case the problem has been resolved.
