Windows- view the port occupation - and kill the process

Description premise:

I am using the IDE to develop Web procedures, IDE strong back - the program continues to run led to the local port is occupied,

Solution:

1. do want to see the interception of the port:

netstat -ano | findstr "8081"

2. PID forced to kill the specified service:

taskkill /pid 14396  -t  -f
